Nice hotel to stay at without a car.

Good location, close to the tourist spot. Very nice staff and nice size room. Clean room and good breakfast.

Just a little aged and the room we stayed in had a faucet that worked but need repair on the handle.

It's probably not an issue that the hotel can solve, but a sidewalk outside on the road to the town centre. We had our baby with us and felt a bit risky walking the pram in the middle of the vehicles road.

It’s a very cozy place that you feels like home.

At this hotel you really feel like home. It is a very cozy place. The breakfast is awesome. The bed is very comfortable. There are multiple entertainment like pool, game room, hot tub and gym. There is a shared stay room on the main floor with a beautiful stone fireplace. The staff really try to do the extra mile to make your stay the best.

The bathroom of 302 room needs some improvement. There is a leak under the sink. The toilet and the shower drain are almost clogged. The shower glass door needs to be moved up a little bit, it is too close to the floor touching the floor stone doing a huge noise, specially after a hot shower. I believe the door needs to be solved fast to avoid brake the glass.

The breakfast was ok. Nothing out of the ordinary. However when I asked for an omelette for my husband the girl told me that she would do me a favour this time but it was the last time!!!! Also when I arrived in the afternoon I asked the receptionist to tell me what there was to see and she told me that the girl at reception next day wold give me all the details. She did however tell me about the local restaurants to have dinner at. The next day I came down and the girl didn`t have any information to give me and when I asked for a map not even that. So in the end I was saved by good old google. I felt they just couldn`t be bothered. Also the wi-fi was terrible,

The place needs to be updated. Too much mess in front of the hotel due to building. They are not worried about comfort

Carnaval em Penedo

Os funcionários são maravilhosos. A Juliana nos atendeu muito bem e os problemas que tivemos estava disposta a resolver com prontidão. Café da manhã bem farto. Quarto com bom tamanho apesar do box vazar água para o banheiro. Internet boa. Ar condicionado funcionando muito bem. Próximo ao centro numa caminhada de no máximo 10 min contemplando a cidade. Demais instalações muito boas, bonitas e confortáveis.

A frequência dos hóspedes é péssima Pessoas sem a menor noção Fomos no Carnaval e estava com lotação máxima. Se quer descansar, desacelerar e relaxar não indico nessa época. Pessoas ocupavam as mesas e cadeiras da piscina e voltavam para seus quartos. Deixavam seus pertences para "guardar" o lugar, desrespeitando o próximo O hotel aceita crianças e as mesmas brincavam até em locais onde haviam placas informando que não era permitida a permanência de menos de 14 anos, como na jacuzzi e na sauna, fazendo barulho onde era local para relaxar. Infelizmente não haviam funcionários para inibirem esse comportamento inadequado dos pais. Portanto, quanto a pousada em si não tenho do que reclamar mas talvez da falta de preparo para receber essa quantidade de pessoas e manter uma mínima organização, sim.

Localização privilegiada, bem ao lado da fábrica de chocolate. Café da manhã com muita variedade. Estrutura nova em folha. Jardim com piscina muito bonito.

Funcionários não são cordiais. O café da manhã com itens extremamente básicos e mal preparados e o pão francês estava murcho. Limpeza e conservação da área comum muito a desejar, a água da piscina turva. Tinha 5 travesseiros no quarto, todos muito baixos. O colchão bom. Sinal de TV e Internet péssimos.
