Realmente el hotel es lo que se ve, está en la zona de Santa María a 6 km del centro histórico de Cuernavaca. Estuvo bastante bien para la ubicación, realmente solo lo usamos para dormir.

La piscina y la comodidad de las camas, la vista y su terraza estaban súper bien, el gatito LO AME y güerito el wawa tan cariñoso y noble

Tardo un ratito la ducha pero nos solucionaron rápidamente y no habían muchas conexiones para cargar el teléfono

había cucarachas en el baño, la puerta del baño no funciona, esta en muy mal estado, muy vieja, le falta el recubrimiento de madera,por lo tanto no cierra correctamente.

El lugar muy deprimente, no sucio pero descuidado. La tele no funcionaba el WIFI tampoco. No tienen garrafón de agua por lo que hay que comprar la botella de agua. No voy a volver ni recomendarlo.

La alarma de la entrada es muy ruidosa, en la noche alcanzas a oirla. El ventilador del cuarto tiene una potencia muy baja

Cómodo y limpio hospedaje cerca de Cuernavaca con una comida deliciosa

La atención del personal es excelente. Las señoritas de la cocina muy amables y con una comida deliciosa. Las toallas, sábanas e instalaciones en general limpias. Nos dejaron hospedarnos con nuestra mascota y ahí hay un perrito güero que es sensacional.

Nos tocó un sonidero muy cerca que no nos dejó dormir y había unos niños gritando y jugando en los pasillos.
