Cercanía al lugar donde debíamos ir. Suficientes camas. Tiene su restaurante para desayuno, comer o cenar. La recámara es amplia. tienen un pequeña alberca para refrescarse.
La iluminación de la habitación fue poca, era necesario abriri las cortinas pero no tanto porque enfrente había comercios y que en la noche no cierran el portón del estacionamiento.
