As a seasoned globetrotter, I can comfortably say this was one of the single worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. Do not be fooled by the pretty interior—this place is a disaster zone of poor service and failing infrastructure.
The Horror Show of a Bathroom: I was forced to endure multiple nights with absolutely no hot water. After several complaints to the front desk, I was repeatedly promised a fix, only to be given pathetic, marginal remedies that solved nothing. To make matters worse, the water pressure was virtually non-existent. I had to turn the shower head to its tightest, most concentrated setting just to get a pathetic dribble of cold water. To top it off, housekeeping inexplicably stopped replacing towels mid-stay. I actually had to request a fresh towel after getting out of the shower because none had been left.
Abysmal Service: The breakfast service was infuriating. When I told the hostess "un momento" (one moment), she took it as an invitation to completely abandon my table for 15 minutes. She spent the next quarter-hour actively serving every other table around me, only coming back after I had to physically wave her down.
Failing Infrastructure & Paper-Thin Walls: The room was cramped, and the furniture was falling apart—the desk was so broken it couldn't support the weight of even basic belongings. Beyond that, the building's infrastructure is shockingly noisy. Sound echoes violently through the property; you will hear every single conversation, cough, and footstep from other guests. The stairs in particular sounded like a stampede every time someone walked up or down them.
Please, save yourself the frustration and do not book a stay here. It is nowhere near worth your money or your peace of mind.

A reasonably secure and well-maintained location, conveniently situated within easy reach of major attractions. The staff were humble, courteous, and always willing to help. The hotel offered reliable Wi-Fi connectivity and consistent hot water, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
