Nice stay at a great location!

Very clean room. Good breakfast buffet! The hotel is based in great location, at a close distance from "Le Panier" neighborhood and a walking distance from the old port. Also the staff were very polite and helpful.

The room was quite small. However, it didn't had a major impact on our stay.

Good central base foe the Old Port and Marseilles.

Room was small but bed was comfortable and bathroom spacious. Cathedral nearby and then Cosquer Mediterranee and the Mucem and Fort. It was also close to the Old Port and eating places. Liked the choice of coffee etc in the room.

Our stay was great. I would suggest staying here. We could walk to get everything we needed.

The breakfast was awesome. I loved the variety and cleanliness.

We have an early train so we'll miss breakfast. I wish they had options for people who need to leave before 8 am.

14 euros was a bit much for this type of breakfast and the breakfast room was crappy and underground. The parking was atrocious

Nice stay at BWH Mucem

Nice location near a lot of city landscapes: Mucem, Vieux Port, Catedrale la Major, etc. The staff was verry helpfull and went the extra mile to give a lot of usefull info Near the train station ( two metro stops away ) Nice wellcome cold can of water. In the evening the entrance doir is blocked and you can acess the hotel qith the room keycard

Road construction on weekdays started about 7-7:30 and restaurant on the corner was playing loud music very late on Monday night.

The location: perfect. Right beside the Cathedral and the supermarket. Ideal to feed your head and your stomach.

Breakfast is too expensive. No fridge in the room. And the view from my window was, for such an outstanding location, bad.

During the booking we were told that there is a parking next to the hotel at very low price. In reality the parking Juliette is at additional price with no discount for hotel guests, and it was closed. There was no convenient parking place near by. The personal didn't supported us, didn't provide the guidance where we can park the car. Very disappointing.

Quiet room and air conditioning, comfortable bed, bathroom clean and shower good.

Impossible to get cold water from the faucet, I'm not a fan of warm drinking water. Would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room.
