Character house, in the heart of the Périgord countryside with heated swimming pool. The house consists of 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and offers 8 beds (sheets and towels provided). Character property, built with the noble materials of the region, oak frames, plastered walls and painted with lime. The house has a courtyard and a terrace at the back, next to the heated and fenced pool. (8mx4m). It is located in a hamlet of some very well restored dwellings, at the top of a hill whose green meadows stretch out to the chestnut forest. This environment is suitable for all walks (walking, running, trail running, mountain biking ...) with suitable routes.

Si vous aimez le calme cette maison est faite pour vous. Très belle région et plein de beaux villages à proximité de la borie blanche.Idéal pour se ressourcer. Vous serez apprécié les balades et les chevreuils au pied de la maison.Maison confortable tout équipé. Propriétaire super sympa à recommander sans hésiter
