The staff were all so friendly & helpful, always greeted you and said goodbye. The room (Junior Suite) was a lovely size, airy and bright and the bathroom was large. Plenty of room for myself and my husband to be in there at the same time without bumping into each other. The area is lovely, lots of shops and cafe's. The attached Italian Restaurant to very good, all home made food served with a smile.

In general the hotel was excellent, the rooms were beautiful, large and the staff were very accommodating. We were a large family who had booked about 7/8 rooms in total for a family wedding nearby and this hotel was in the perfect location. The bar staff were friendly whenever we wanted to pop down for a quick drink and the reception staff were always on hand to help. It took a little while to arrange small things like breakfast but in the grand scheme of things we enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay again.
We ordered breakfast to our room one morning, and were told that it was too much to bring upstairs. That morning was the only morning we ordered breakfast, and needed it as we were all ready for a family wedding. There was no time to go down to eat and this was one of the services provided by any hotel we've ever stayed out so this comment was concerning to me. The lift was broken which we understand isn't anyone's fault but for the elderly this could have been problematic.

Pretty harsh voice at breakfast room, which just „yelled“ for „room number“ (felt a little like if looks could kill….)
Paying 19,5€ for breakfast is, if I have to put it in a polite way, very self confident….
