Great little hotel, would stay again

In general the hotel was excellent, the rooms were beautiful, large and the staff were very accommodating. We were a large family who had booked about 7/8 rooms in total for a family wedding nearby and this hotel was in the perfect location. The bar staff were friendly whenever we wanted to pop down for a quick drink and the reception staff were always on hand to help. It took a little while to arrange small things like breakfast but in the grand scheme of things we enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay again.

We ordered breakfast to our room one morning, and were told that it was too much to bring upstairs. That morning was the only morning we ordered breakfast, and needed it as we were all ready for a family wedding. There was no time to go down to eat and this was one of the services provided by any hotel we've ever stayed out so this comment was concerning to me. The lift was broken which we understand isn't anyone's fault but for the elderly this could have been problematic.

Would stay again.

Location was my primary concern for this business trip. Hotel is ideally located for what I need. Available parking facilities are also excellent. Free water bottle in room on arrival which surprisingly is not always the case in other hotels. Overall an excellent experience.

Pretty harsh voice at breakfast room, which just „yelled“ for „room number“ (felt a little like if looks could kill….) Paying 19,5€ for breakfast is, if I have to put it in a polite way, very self confident….

Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Large room, no noise from surrounding suites. Large bathroom with strong shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. Dog bed and bowls provided, ready in the room when we arrived. Nice, quiet area with planty of shops and footpaths. Highly recommended!

It was excellent!

The room was very spacious. And the staff had arranged a bed, and food bowls for our dog which really pleased us! Parking was easily available on the street and the underground station was also quite close.

Breakfast was a bit pricey but it was very good.

For our stay, the location was not so good:sometimes it takes about 30 minutes to reach Hamburg center. But the location is definitely reflected in the price and free parking.

cozy boutique hotel

A very cozy small hotel. It's quiet and green all around. The room is clean and comfortable, a comfortable bed. Good breakfast. We traveled with a dog. In the room we were prepared bowls and a couch, it was very nice.

Delight, cocooning, meticulous, and charming!

Exceptional experience ! Claudia provided the warmest welcome. The hotel and our room were so charming and so cocooning. Everything was exceptionally cleaned and cared for. Dinner at the Villaggio was delicious - the carparchio, the tagliatelle with truffle (!) and our very attentive server shared delightful stories of the joys of Hamburg. Descrito
