We really enjoyed the clean pools with good availability of sunbeds.

Basic accommodation but very clean. Location meant bus or taxi for trips out. (But useful with fixed prices).

Everything else. Quiet, family friendly, clean apartments and many pools.

Difficult to pass other vehicles on the road when coming in and out of the complex. Expensive restaurant so when we wanted to eat out we had to travel to sv.vlas center to find a suitable restaurant.

Everything. Staff was excelent, the accomodation were clean,comfortable,well equipped, beach near, pools if wanted. Internet connection was perfect. I was able to work while enjoying a few days of leisure. If needed to combine the work and pleasure, is the perfect choice.

We loved the landscaping while the kids loved the water side pool. My husband liked the hiking trails and the picnic area next to our apartment 618 in building F3. I liked the beach on the northern side of the complex because it's a big shore, allowing you to walk/run all the way to the pier.

We had two issues during our stay that were eventually solved but could be avoided and/or solved sooner. First, we had a flood on Sunday morning while washing the dishes from the kitchen sink because the pipes weren't connected properly. My husband connected the pipes, but the water was still dripping because there was a gasket missing. A plummer came Monday at noon and solved the issue. Tuesday evening, around 9 p.m., there was a power outage in our apartment. I called the reception 3 times, but no one answered. I also emailed the owner (the only way to communicate with the owner!) who replied the next day stating that I need to inform the reception about the issue, which I already did, but they weren't there to help. Wednesday around 8 am, I went to reception to personally inform them about the power outage, and about an hour later, an electrician came and fixed the problem. We stayed 12 hours without electricity, and there was not even an apology from the owner. We stayed there for a week, and the sheets weren't changed; they changed the towels once. The sheets and towels were the poorest quality sheets I ever encountered in a rental. The sofa was very uncomfortable, too. Last but not least, the apartment had spider webs, which indicates that the apartment needs proper cleaning.
