About this house rental
My home represents for me a place of meeting and security, where I can always be myself and always feel at ease.
It is very welcoming, large and spacious, has about 6 rooms including my room, the place that most represents me and where I spend most of my day and another room where, instead, it is more a relaxation area and therefore where I am when I'm tired, after long days.
Then there is the kitchen, a meeting place for the whole family where good times are exchanged even in the company of friends and relatives.
These are the rooms I have lived in most and where I spend the most time of my day.
My house is special every time I enter it I feel good, plus it gives me a feeling of joy during the sunny days, especially when the curtains are open and allow the intense sunlight to penetrate, which stops on the large walls white
Despite this, in the days when I am sadder or angrier my home becomes a small place, where I feel locked up, but here too I find comfort in my room.
For me, my home will always remain a place that I trust and am sure of. Every time I give my house to my guests I think that they too feel good. and indeed it is. Every time they arrive they describe the same emotions that I experience.
I decided to rent my house for two reasons. The first is what gives me a very important financial aid. but the second reason is what I like best. I have the opportunity to meet new people, new cultures, exchange new thoughts.

Cute house with very good equipment kitchen. Beach is 20 min by car and in the small village is surrounded by little mountains. Very reliable and sympathy landlord. Answers very fast. Absolut a recommendation

Adriana è una brava e disponibile host. La casa è molto bella e particolare: spaziosa, confortevole, pulita, dotata di tutto ciò che può essere utile. Molto curati gli interni in stile shabby. Gli elettrodomestici sono molti ma un po' datati, comunque funzionali. La piscina è sempre pulita e adatta alla dimensione della casa (in 5/6 persone ci si sta comodamente). Il paese in cui si trova la casa è silenzioso, non ha molto da offrire se non i negozi "base", ma la posizione è strategica per raggiungere in fretta un sacco di località in cui fare gite in giornata: Lucca, Pisa, Livorno, Forte dei marmi, Viareggio sono tutte a 15-40 minuti di macchina. Soggiorno consigliatissimo!

The house is a perfect place for a family or a group of friends. The kitchen is really well equipped and an easy place to cook for a bigger group. There are very nice beaches nearby. Only the neighborhood can be a little loud from time to time because of barking dogs. We had a wonderful time especially since Adriana is such a great host.

Wir waren für 11 Nächte im Ferienhaus. Hier die High&Lowlights:
+ Sehr gute Lage. Strand ca. 6km. Besichtigungen von Florenz, Lucca, Pisa etc. sehr gut möglich
+ Das Dorf hat zwei Bäcker, eine Metzgerei, zwei Pizzerias...und eine sehr gute Eisdiele.
+ Adriana war zumindest Online immer schnell zu erreichen
+ Den Pool fanden wir auch sehr gut und haben ihn oft genutzt. Er ist grösser als man gemäss Bilder meinen könnte.
+ Die Schlafzimmer im 1.OG sind sehr schön , auch mit guten Matratzen ausgestattet.
- Es gibt in der Nachbarschft und eigentlich im ganzen Ort überall Hunde, die sich in den eingezäunten Grundstücken aufhalten. Sobald jemand vorbei geht, bellen die Hunde und oft heult das ganze Viertel. Oft Morgens ab 5-6:00. Das Hundegebell ist wirklich störend (Wir hatten selbst einen mittelgrossen Hund dabei)
- Wir sassen dann Abends öfters auch bis gegen 23:30 im Garten und haben etwas gespielt. Sicherlich waren wir dann auch mal etwas lauter, weil gelacht wurde. Wir haben dann über Adriana gleich eine Nachricht erhalten, dass wir zu laut seien und mit der Polizei gedroht wurde. Für uns hat das zusammen mit dem Hundegebll aber nicht gepasst.
- Der CheckIn war etwas unglücklich. Haus war auf 14:00 versprochen, war aber nicht fertig. Gläser in der Küche waren schmutzig und den Grill konnte man auch nach der nachträglichen Reinigung nicht ohne ALU Schalen benutzen.
- Die elektrische Anlage im Haus ist zu schwach ausgelegt. Wenn man die Klimaanlage nutzt und gleichzeitig die Spülmachine, fliegt die Hauptsicherung. Blöd ist, wenn man darüber nicht informiert ist und erst mal verzweifelt eine halbe Stunde den Sicherungskasten sucht. (Tipp: Im Wohnzimmer unter einem Bild)
- Einrichtung im Haus und im Garten ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. In der Küche ist sehr viel Geschirr etc. vorhanden, weniger wäre manchmal mehr. Geschirr wie auf dem Flohmarkt, keine 4 gleiche Teller oder Tassen.
- Der Pavillon im Garten ist grundsätzlich schön und bis zu 8 Personen können dort sitzen. Nur sind die Bänke leider beidseitg abgesackt, sodass diese Schräglage haben, was nicht angenehm zum Sitzen ist.
- Keinerlei Infos beim CheckIn oder CheckOut. Leider sprechen wir nur Deutsch oder Englisch, die Vermieterin nur Italienisch. Hier wäre eine Mappe mit Infos zum Haus und der Umgebung sehr hilfreich gewesen
Alles in Allem ein schöner Urlaub, leider mit einigen Mängeln. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hat für uns nicht gepasst.
