    Dear Hotel Franken Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at Hotel Franken. Unfortunately, the noise levels in the hotel were unacceptable. At around 5:50 a.m., staff began moving tables in the breakfast area, creating loud banging and scraping noises that woke me up far earlier than expected. I put in earplugs and tried to go back to sleep, but shortly afterwards I could hear workers having loud conversations, along with continued banging and other noise. Once the neighbouring rooms started waking up, the situation became even worse. The sound insulation appears to be extremely poor, as I could clearly hear water running, people moving around, and other normal activity from nearby rooms. For a hotel at this price point, I expected a much more comfortable and restful experience. Being woken before 6:00 a.m. by staff preparing the breakfast area is especially disappointing and should not happen. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Hotel Franken at this price. I would appreciate your response and would also like to know how you intend to address this complaint. Kind regards,
