I requested an invoice for the alternative home moved to and I did not received it.

The original property I booked was not cleaned On my arrival. I was moved to a alternative location that did not accommodate my traveling group.

I was unable to stay in my original booking home. It was very dirty and not ready for my family. I had to purchase toilet paper and other items to be able to stay in the alternative home I was moved to. I have not been reimbursed Very bad experience.

The house was large and perfect for two families.

Great location but disappointed.

The location is excellent. There was no breakfast even though it stated there was. Great place if you had a lot of people and/or children. Friendly host via emails.

Cockroaches in the main bath shower drain and all over. No lights in the kitchen that worked. My feet were black after going barefoot for 20 minutes. Had to empty previous persons dishwasher and do their laundry.

Clean, Comfortable and Roomy

The house was perfect for our family. It was clean, roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for all your cooking needs, and the house had all the basic amenities in stock. It had everything we needed and more. The location was great. It was quiet, close to the super market which was convenient. The backyard was really nice, and the view of the mountains near the house are exquisite. The first night and morning we were lucky to see some javelinas wandering in the backyard by the streambed. We also saw some pheasants and other birds native to the area. There are some hikes close to the house's location, but we chose to drive to the other areas for hiking which were all amazing and beautiful. All those drives were short and scenic. Everything in Sedona is beautiful. We would most certainly book this location again.

Very nice stay, in the heart of Sedona

Yard is very nice. Creek bed behind it. Lots of birds. Comfortable beds and a split plan. Everything you need for a good stay . Thomas is easy to work with and will help you have a great stay. They are pet friendly and that’s a huge plus.

It’s a very nice place to stay. I was a bit taken aback by the 500 dollar cash damage deposit. But it was returned quickly. So be prepared for that aspect.

It was a perfect Thanksgiving getaway

Location! Beautiful surroundings, quiet, close to amazing hike. Loved it. Kitchen was so well stocked for cooking meals and Thanksgiving dinner for our family of 5.

Great for pets but not a totally fenced in yard. We managed!

Location is awesome and host is great!!

The house has plenty of space, a great open concept with space to hangout as a group. Location can’t be beat! Walk to the trailhead or down to get coffee, no more than 10 minutes to town! Host was great when we had some last minute guests and quick with responding. Backyard is beautiful with plenty of yard space. Looks just like the pictures, no weird surprises!

Very clean and spacious enough for both families. Great proximity to a beautiful Buddhist park and great trails.
