I loved the location, being right on the shore line. I loved the price.
The room had a slight smell of mold and was a little dirty as far as hair on the floor. One of the lights on the bed didn't work. Not a deal breaker in anyway though!

The location.. There was a great view if you were standing in the parking lot or on the beach area at the water. It was clean. The cleaning crew came through and grabbed the trash and cleaned up. They seemed respectful of my stuff out.
The slope of the driveway was horrible. My car doesn’t sit to low but scrapped coming in. The room looked rough. The beds and the dresser with the fridge in it looked beat up. There were water stains on the ceiling. The bathroom was tiny and the shower had low water pressure. The mattress was falling off the base. It would not stay put. It moved to the right, as you are looking at the headboard. The bathroom door was tough to close and had some latching mechanism instead of a door knob.
