About this villa rental
The villa is in a quiet area, 400 meters from the beach (5 minutes on foot) and some of Mondello's restaurants, clubs and supermarkets and a couple of kilometers from the central square. The city center is easily accessible (10 minutes) by car or bus, whose stop is 50 meters from the villa.
The villa consists of two bright and spacious rooms, both with two double beds (in one of the rooms there is also a sofa bed for a fifth guest), two bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a veranda / living room immersed in the garden. The villa is equipped with TV on the veranda, wifi connection, independent heating and air conditioning.
The villa has an independent entrance and is immersed in a wooded garden for the exclusive use of guests.

We are in Italy for just over 3 weeks & have spent a great 4 days in Mondello / Palermo using the Villa as our base .
It is in a great location, the rooms were very clean & the amenities in great condition.
We highly recommend staying here if you have a week to spend in Sicily

Große, gepflegte und sehr saubere FeWo mit Flair, u. a. Altbau- Deckenhöhe mit Stuck, herrlicher Wintergarten im Grünen. Zwei Bäder en Suite zu den Schlafzimmern. Dominic (Vater der Vermieterin) ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber
