PALMASERA CHARMING - Rooms & Suites

Great location really close to this charming town and all its amenities. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and we had a private terrace, which was great, and the complimentary coffee, robes and flip flops were a bonus. The private parking also was really convenient for us. The property itself is part of a camping park and was a little outdated, but they did well to make it cozy and the breakfast was also really delicious, with a lot of options.

The man who runs the boat excursions, Kiko, has a terrible attitude and was very disrespectful after I expressed interest in a boat tour but then didn't book because I didn't want an all-day trip and he didn't have other options. He got angry with me because I forgot to send a message to say we weren't booking even though I never made a commitment to book (though yes, I did express a lot of interest, but then we decided not to). Even after I apologized three times when I saw him the next day he continued to verbally abuse me. It was a totally unnecessary and unpleasant interaction, and this happened on the start of my day on my birthday and was very upsetting. If you run a business like that you can't take things like someone forgetting to message personally, especially when they never made a commitment to book your tour.

Very well maintained property, nice room, comfortable bed, air con that works well. Felt very peaceful and we enjoyed sitting on the patio in the beautiful gardens. Breakfast was simple but plentiful. We did not have any noise issues. Washing machine available. Parking easy but do reserve it.

We did not realise that it was up a hill. Good exercise after dinner! The room was a bit small.

Bfast was great. Room was good, bathroom modern and spacious.

The many rustic stairs up to the room from the gravel carpark. It wasnt clear that the room was at the very back of a caravan park.
