Cozy apartment, complicated procedures to get in and out of the place.
The arrival procedure was overly complicated & personal. The woman with the keys, who is very kind, had to get into our car and drive us thru a complicated system to park our car, and to go into town we had to walk back through this system.

An excellent base from which to explore the Baltic coast on a budget. Very impressive.
The apartment was perfect for us (two adults and one 12 year old). Easy to get out to explore the local beaches and Rostock as well as the Fischland area on the coast. Local supermarkets made it easy to pick up supplies and once we'd found the car park getting around was easy.
Everything was good. Beware that the person in the flat above does like to lean out of the window to smoke, so cigarette ash floats down to the front door area below - not a problem, but might turn some people off. The main road is right outside the bedroom, so if sleeping with windows open earplugs would be useful if you're a light sleeper.

Sehr schöne FeWo mit kurzen Wegen zu schönen Ostseestränden
Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Ausstattung, Lage und Kontakt zum Vermieter waren super. Modern ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt. Sehr sauber.
Einziger Kritikpunkt war, dass über der Fewo feste Mieter wohnen, die sich durch uns sichtbar eingeschränkt fühlten und uns dies auch immer wieder zeigten. Obwohl wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren wurde regelmäßig (wenn wir da waren), unmittelbar vor unserer Tür Unkraut gezupft und Blumen gegossen. Das Öffnen der Eingangstür zum Lüften ( Sommer+ Backofen) schien die Mieter zu stören, es musste andauend genau an der Tür /Fenster vorbeigegangen werden. Wer also etwas mehr Privatsphäre sucht, sollte diese Fewo aus den genannten Gründen im Sommer ggf. eher nicht mieten.

der Eingang ist etwas schwer zu finden, aber Dank der freundlichen Nachbarn schnell gefunden :), Ausstattung soweit ok, Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder vorhanden, sehr sauber, Preis-Leistung ok
Schlafzimmer zur Straße (Kopfsteinpflaster) :( Wasserkocher wäre praktisch
