The ground floor features a living area with an open kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The sleeping gallery is located upstairs under the roof, accessible by a steep staircase, note that it may not be suitable for young children. A covered terrace offers a lovely place to sit back, and all guests are welcome to use the outdoor grill and fireplace area for relaxed meals.

The farm is home to friendly animals including horses, ducks, chickens, rabbits, pigeons, and dogs, offering a true countryside experience. For day trips, the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn and Rerik are just 15 minutes away by car, with wide sandy beaches, piers, and lively promenades to explore.
