Vila Weekend

Whilst on route to Bosnia we decided to make an unplanned stop over in Slovenia as it was getting late and we were getting tired (the original plan was to drive all the way to Bihac in Bosnia). We made the booking whilst still driving and then contacted the host, who said he would phone back after checking the booking. After about 15/20 minutes or so the host the confirmed the booking. The property was fairly easy to find (would have been easier in the day) and we were met by the host. The host was a nice easy going guy. We liked the size of the property, the 3 bedrooms were fairly large which was good. However there was some disappointment in other rooms of the property which I go into detail below. The big question is, would I stay here again and would I recommend the property? The answer is Yes, but only for a 1 night stop over.

The details of the property said there were 2 bathrooms, however the reality is there only 1 bathroom (where you can have a shower) the other so called bathroom is actually a toilet/cloak room i.e. it doesn't have a bath or a shower, only a toilet. We were very disappointed by this, as a group of 5, we needed to have 2 full bathrooms and made the booking based on that. I would ask the host/owner to correct the description of the property to indicate there is only 1 bathroom. The other area of disappointment was the kitchen/diner/lounge area, it was very small and cramped, in fact you couldn't really sit on the sofa, a careful look at the photo's will show this, we should have looked at the photos more thoroughly. Also, the bedrooms didn't have air conditioning, although not a problem for us, as it was a cool evening/night, it would be a problem if it was hot. Once again, the property is okay for a stop over for 1 night.

Apartament przygotowany perfekcyjnie, bardzo komfortowy i dopracowany w każdym szczególe. Gospodarz niezwykle serdeczny, troskliwy i uważny — zadbał o wszystko, a na powitanie poczęstował nas winem, co było przemiłym gestem.

Kje so turisti? :-D Stolp poletni delovni čas do 20h?! Park prazen ob 21h....Sredi julija sem sam hodil skoraj po Rogaški. Zato pogumno na turizem.

Mirno, malo mjesto.

Osoblje u najmanju ruku neobicno komunicira. Ako se ne uspijevamo sporazumjeti na HRV/SLO, sasvim je u redu da pricamo na ENG, sve je bolje od nerazumijevanja. Zaboravili smo tenisice i papuce od djeteta, javili su nam da smo ih zaboravili i tu sav njihov angazman da stvari dobijemo nazad prestaje. Obzirom da je kuca na udaljenoj lokaciji od ikakvih zanimljivosti, da zadovoljava minimum kriterija urednog prenocista, steta sto se oko svojih gostiju ne potrude malo vise...
