We have never been so reluctant to leave a place as we were this one. We stayed for three weeks and loved every minute of it. We had been worried because the photos made the apartment look small. It is, but there is a large sliding glass door to the outdoor patio, and we were able to keep it open most of the time, which made the place feel far more spacious and comfortable. Also, the hosts were incredibly nice and generous, giving us grapes and figs from their garden. It is a short (but steep) walk down to the beach, and we went for a swim nearly every day we were there. The bed was very comfortable.

It was paradise, there is nothing to complain about. But here are three tips to make your stay more comfortable: 1. Get a good data plan on your phone. The wifi seems unable to handle too many guests using it at a time. (It would go out at the same time every day, which is when the other guests came back home.) Honestly, though, we were often content to just watch the sunset from the patio, and happy not to be distracted by our phones. 2. It is useful to have a car, because the local supermarket doesn't carry much. We cooked almost every night. The kitchen has almost anything you would want (except a microwave oven), and there is a grill outside if you want to use that. 3. Borrow a fan from the hosts. That way you can keep the doors and windows open but still be comfortable. And when you need the AC, it is in the living room, not the bedroom, so a fan can help blow the cold air into the other room.

We really enjoyed our stay in Omis. There is a nice view from the terrace. It is calm. The beach and the supermarket are 5min walk from the house. The air-condionning is good. The bus 60 brings you to Split. Many activities to do around. Our host Joseph has been really kind with us. He is a generous person. We booked the quad trip through the agency, it was great ! We recommand this place and we hope to come back one day. Thank you Joseph !

Small but comfortable house with near new equipment. Big equipped barbeque. Outdoor dinner table under a wide olive tree with nice sea view. Host Jozo was so friendly. He treated us with perfect homemade wine and rakija. Thanks for that. Way to Omis downtown. Good place for quiet and slow family rest.

30-40 stairs up from parking to house. It will be a problem for fitnessless people. But it is typical for that mountain region. Prices for all including accommodation and food are higher comparing to other places, for example, Zadar. No hair drier and iron. We had to take it from home. Weak wifi signal for smartphones and iPad. But I used my laptop as a repeater and had shared a very stable internet connection for all my gadgets all the time.
