Apartment Iva

Príjemný a dobre vybavený apartmán. Poloha blízko pláže, cestička na pláž začínala priamo pred apartmánovým domom. Krásny výhľad na more, pohorie Biokovo aj ostrov Brač. Kuchyňa veľmi dobre vybavená, príjemná spálňa s priestrannou skriňou, posteľ pohodlná. V blízkom okolí sa nachádzajú 3 výborné reštaurácie, kaviareň a malý supermarket. Parkovacie miesta sú veľké priamo pred domom. Nič nám v apartmáne nechýbalo. Ubytovatelia sú veľmi príjemní. Pláž je priestranná s drobným štrkom, čistá a s prírodným tienením. More nádherne čisté.

Všetko bolo v poriadku.

Iva und auch ihr Sohn sind hervorragende Gastgeber, die uns alle Fragen gerne beantwortet haben. Der Sohn spricht sogar deutsch ; Iva sehr gut englisch. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ausreichend mit Handtüchern und Badetüchern ausgestattet. zu jeder Zeit gab es sofort heißes Wasser zum Duschen. Sogar der Kühlschrank war schon mit kalten Getränken gefüllt. Zwischendurch überraschte uns der Sohn mit frisch gepflückten Kirschen. Da wir zwei Wochen dort waren , brachte man uns nach einer Woche sogar frische Bettwäsche. Unübertroffen ist die ruhige Lage etwas außerhalb von Omis und der wundervolle Blick vom Balkon auf die Bucht und das Meer......und der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.

Wir haben etwas zum Kaffeezubereiten am Morgen vermisst. Da es jedoch einen Wasserkocher gab, haben wir uns dann damit geholfen , ihn per Hand tassenweise aufzugießen, das war eine einfache Lösung.

This is one of the nicest holiday apartments in Croatia, period. Most of the fittings are imported from the US - Kohler shower, sink, toilet and taps, American door knobs, sliding mosquito screens - you feel like you’re in a quality B&B on Nantucket or Hilton Head, like when did you last see a walk-in closet in a European AirBnB? Kitchen has all necessary utensils. Place is brand new, host is Croatian-American, super nice and just totally „gets it” and what travelers are looking for. Beach is just down a steep incline - 5 minutes walk tops. End of August we came at 11:00 and still found a place in the shade of a tree. Awesome restaurant on the beach about 200 metres away, bar literally as you enter it. Nearest shop is 10 minutes walk, Omiš centre about 3 kms away, a car will be really useful. View from the large terrace is amazing - sea, islands, mountains, street is super quiet.

Mattress is American style soft - if that’s not your thing and you need a European wooden plank like one - you have been warned
