Appartement propre et moderne bien conçu, tout près d’une station de tramway. Dans un quartier populaire de l’est de Berlin.

Die Lage war super, es gab einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf die Spree. Es war sehr ruhig, man könnte die Fenster verdunkeln. Das Appartement ist relativ modern und gut ausgestattet.
Es war leider bei Ankunft nicht sauber und mir bis jetzt unklar, ob überhaupt vorher geputzt wurde. Sogar der Müll vom Vormieter war noch da. Am Einzugstag niemand zu erreichen, also selber noch geputzt. Rezeption ab mittags schon nicht mehr besetzt, aber es wurde sich zumindest am darauffolgenden Tag gekümmert. Das Internet ist 1x ausgefallen. Das Bad ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen.
