Great location! Within walking distance to everything, only 5 blocks to the beach, 3 blocks to 5th ave and 2 blocks to the grocery store.
This spacious condo has a large balcony, and is perfect for friends or family. The master bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, has a safe in the closet and a king size bed. The second bedroom also has a Smart TV, with two twin beds that can be pushed together to make one king size bed if you prefer.
The living room has a sectional couch and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a great meal. The large balcony is located off the living room, and provides a second option for dining, with a table and chairs for four people.

OUR GOAL IS NOT TO CHARGE YOU FOR ELECTRICITY, but for you to be cautious and aware. For heavy use of electricity, any additional consumption beyond the allotment will be charged at a rate of 6 pesos (about 30 cents USD) per kWh, from your security deposit. We will provide tips that will greatly reduce usage, if followed. A photo will be taken on checkin and checkout dates. ***
MONTHLY RENTERS are responsible to pay 100% of their electricity, to take advantage of our "discounted monthly" pricing, 6 pesos per kw. We require a larger deposit for monthly renters, this money will be used to pay the electricity at the end of the month/stay. Any balance is returned to the guest.
