I loved staying here! It is very much a guest house experience of my youth (30 years ago). The team were very friendly, the room was spotless and - full credit - had a large vertical fan which was ideal in the heatwave with London reaching 38 degrees. Also, the ability to fully open the windows was a huge bonus that is not possible in many hotels. All in all I hope to stay here again.

The welcome on arrival was very friendly and helpful. Everything worked and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is good, with coffee shops and cafe's across the street and Wimbledon center a 10 minute walk away.
My room was right at the top of the house, which meant I had to carry my cases up two flights of stairs - this was no problem for me, but something visitors should be aware of. We were in the middle of a heat wave, and the combination of being on the top floor and limited ventilation (sash windows would only open about 15 cm) meant that the room was always hot. The owners had provided a fan which definitely helped, and obviously are not at fault for the weather.
