Boracay Lower is a stunning oceanfront retreat, offering a spacious 3-bedroom layout that comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. This ground-floor unit is part of the larger 10-bedroom Boracay property, with the upper level available as a separate rental in the off-season. Designed with an open floor plan, the living, dining, and kitchen areas create an inviting space for relaxation and connection. Step directly from your oceanfront door to the private beach access and enjoy the pristine white sands of Kure Beach.

The fully stocked kitchen features a stove-top/oven combo, dishwasher, microwave, and a 12-cup drip coffee maker, while the dining area includes a large table with seating for 7 and a kitchen bar with seating for 2. The oceanfront living room boasts a flat-screen TV with Roku, a plush sofa, and additional seating for a cozy night in.

Boracay Lower is one side of a duplex (two sides). It can be rented as one side, or as a "whole". To rent both sides of the property, visit the property page called Boracay. Please note, because this property is a duplex some amenities will be shared between both sides of the property.
