- Location was really good
- Equipment was great (Gym, Pool, Sauna)
- Apartment space was good for two people
- slow response time of the host
- host promised to bring us towels but we went to the pick up location 2 times and they didn't know about anything
- people at reception were unhelpful
- escalator didn't work
- Gym looked newer on the pictures and was in a terrible condition (seat adjustment broken, rusty, handle had sharp edges)
- Sofa was uncomfortable
- would recommend to put some basic stuff like pepper, more cleaner for dishes
- english speak staff would be nice
