Elevador ruim, parou com defeito 2 vz em 4 dias. A taxa de energia é cobrado em separado do valor da locação, o pagamento é efetuado na saída. Aparelhos de eletro domésticos com defeito, cafeteira por exemplo, o copo o cabo soltando, sanduicheira precisando trocar, sem teflon já.

Localização excelente, check in fácil. Anfitrião simpático e solicito.
É anunciado como três quartos, mas o terceiro quarto, é na verdade uma dependência de empregada, e devido não ter ar, ao calorento vai incomodar. Requer dedetização na cozinha.

Embora seja um apartamento antigo, é bastante organizado e bem cuidado. A localização é perfeita!
Um dos quartos é muito pequeno (acho que era a dependência de empregados que se transformou em quarto), o único que não tem ar condicionado e como o mesmo fica do lado do sol a tarde se torna quente.
