In the heart of the village of Lourmarin, exceptional new 150 m2 LOFT fully air conditioned and fitted with a fireplace. It consists of 2 very large bright living rooms with a very high ceiling, two bedrooms with bathroom and toilet: one in the workshop spirit with dressing room (180x200 bed) and the second more intimate (160x200 bed ), as well as a studio which can be independent (comfortable sofa bed) for your best comfort on request. A lounge-like terrace not overlooked, including a SPA for 2 people. Possibility of bicycle parking. Ideally located 50 m from free parking and shops.

Wow! What a place! One of the nicest places we’ve stayed. Apartment was beautifully designed and well-stocked; it was also very quiet. Location is perfect to explore Lourmarin. The free car park is literally behind the apartment. Highly recommend.

This condo was awesome. Location was perfect for exploring the village. Plenty of Parking was just a short walk away. Some stairs but not an issue. Unfortunately we only booked for a few nights and wished we had booked longer. Will be back for sure!

The apartment is just as described in the pictures. It was super clean when we checked in, the location is perfect and parking is just a few steps away. We met our host and she was very helpful in giving suggestions for local dining. We loved every minute of our stay here.

This is the third time we have stayed in Axelle’s fabulous apartment in the heart of Lourmarin. We love it! It’s ideally situated merely steps away from the restaurants, shops and galleries in the old part of the village, but on a quiet street, so noise isn’t a problem. The apartment is well maintained, spacious, light and airy and the addition this year of a key safe, we found to be very useful, particularly on the day of arrival, when it can be difficult to be precise about arrival time. Axelle is friendly and easy to contact if necessary. It was our wedding anniversary whilst we were there, which we happened to mention to Axelle. When we arrived at the restaurant where we were dining that evening, she had arranged for champagne for us, which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated. We hope to be back again next year. Better than the photos show. Middle of the heart of Lourmarin, but on a side street so very quiet. A little noisy some nights from the restaurant below, but the windows make it quiet. Not a big deal. Nice kitchen, counter spaces, comfy bed. Would definitely book here again.

What a wonderful apartment! The decor is as delightful as the listing pictures. In addition to being centrally located, it is quiet, comfortable and a great place from which to visit the Luberon Valley. The hardest part was finding the parking lot when we first arrived.

We loved the location of this quirky second floor unit in a charming French village…just a few issues. We would never have found the keys without the aid of our French-speaking driver and the luck of encountering the restaurant owner directly below the unit. Once in, we were surprised to find one of the bedrooms only had a sink and shower, with toilet (and no sink) in a tiny space off the dining room. Then the coffee machine…when the owner finally showed up an hour later than promised, she blamed us for not calling a month ahead to find out what kind of pods were needed. She grudgingly got out a regular coffee maker for us. She also informed us that toilet paper, bath soap, and coffee were not typically provided as this was not a hotel. One set of keys were provided for both the unit door and a gate on outside stairway to the unit. It wasn’t possible to leave a sleeping person and lock the unit as the lock only opened and closed with the key. Seems a safety issue in case of emergency. Not a unit for anyone with mobility issues.

Axcelle was very helpful. Made our arrival very welcome. The suite was beautiful- spacious, clean and beautifully appointed. Perfect for two couples. Lourmarin is a charming village with a magical centre, having several excellent restaurants. We would highly recommend this property and village

We stayed at Suite 118 July 5-7, and loved everything about it. The apartment itself is in the center of town, but incredibly quiet and special. The home is very well designed with beautiful interiors. We expected something very fun and unique, and it was so much more than we could even have imagined! We were steps from restaurants, art galleries and shops while there, but the town is also centrally located so we explored Avignon and Aux-en-Provence during the day, and then headed to Grasse and Nice for our next stop on our trip. The person who manages the property is very communicative and welcoming.

Axelle’s place is even better than the photos! The apartment is HUGE! There were four of us one night since my friend’s train/flight was delayed, and she was very nice about the change of people. The second night my mom and sister had the whole place to ourselves, and I wish we had more time to utilize her amazing space! The outdoor area (which is a huge necessity for me) was perfection. The rooms are spacious, with huge beds, a themed decor and great touches. Having our own bathrooms was also ideal! I can’t say enough good things!

Lourmarin is the perfect home base for exploring Provence—a charming village with several cafes around a beautiful square, plenty of shops, and a truly wonderful Friday market. Good access (1+ hours, which in France is fast) to Aix, Avignon, Arles, and the Cote duRhone wine region. The apartment is spacious with several sleeping options, including two regular bedrooms (with comfortable beds) a neat loft,,and a sofa bed. The high point is the beautiful enclosed patio with hot tub. A perfect place for morning cafe before you set out and an even better place to relax with a glass of wine when you come home—the afternoon sun on the stone walls! We loved our stay and it was truly worth the cost. Host Axelle doesn’t speak English,so get your Google Translate working!

Axelle was very easy to work with and her home met our needs for a three day stay in Lourmarin. Very comfortable beds and plenty of living space to come back to and relax after wandering the streets and exploring the surrounding area. The outdoor area is also a serene area to relax and the hot tub a definite plus. A couple of things to be aware of. If you’re planning on cooking while there, the kitchen is small (as is typical) and not well stocked with cooking supplies. The apartment is located above a restaurant which attracts a lively crowd at night and can be heard in the master suite. The smaller bedroom has an en-suite bathroom but the second toilette door is located in the main living area between the kitchen and dining area which doesn’t afford 100% privacy. None of these are a huge deal, just something to be aware of.

We loved staying in Lourmarin at this special apartment right in the center of town on a quiet, picturesque street. The pictures don’t really capture the incredible detail of the decoration and comfort of the apartment. Aixelle is the perfect host and she is charming and incredibly responsive to all requests. The apartment is incredibly well equipped with all kitchen supplies and appliances. We will definitely come back and stay at this top of the line apartment.

My husband and I just spent 4 nights in Lourmarin at Suite 118 and loved every minute despite the météo always forecasting rain that did not happen. The apartment is so comfortable - nice sofas in the salon, very comfortable beds and beautiful shower rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bottle of wine in the frigo was delicious and the terrace and spa finished the apartment very nicely. And the parking is close by and plentiful - never a worry about not finding a space, at least in March! We enjoyed several of the many restaurants in town and of course the boulangerie - everything just a short walk away. All in all a great stay and we highly recommend it - thank you Axelle!

Fabulous apartment in a beautiful village

This was our 3rd visit to Lourmarin which is one of the best villages in the Luberon and certainly our favourite. Rather than staying in a Hotel for 7 nights with our two young children over New Year, we decided to rent an apartment and selected Suite 118 as the photographs and location looked ideal. Upon arrival we received a very warm welcome from Axelle and her sister and felt immediately at ease. We were also delighted with the extra touches Axelle had prepared for our arrival such as the chocolate Santa's on our childrens' bed. It was very thoughtful and our children were super excited. The Apartment itself is stunning and furnished with impeccable taste and quality and we took away some great design ideas. It was everything we had hoped for and more! The ambience of the apartment was thoroughly relaxing and, at the end of the week, we really did not want to leave. The spa was also a welcome delight. The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect - steps from Lourmarin's restaurants and shops, but quiet and peaceful. I cannot think of a better spot to stay in Lourmarin and thoroughly commend Axelle and her wonderful apartment. It was superb value for money and we would return in an instant!

A perfect location as a gateway for touring Provence...Lourmarin is a village with both character and charm...It’s a small village with all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay...It does not have all of the commercialization like some of the other hilltop villages that we visited...The Lourmarin property is in a great location in the village and is very nicely appointed...I would highly recommend this property as a place to stay if you are planning a trip to Provence.

We stayed at Suite 118 for a week in the fall, our first time in Provence, and it was wonderful. Axelle and Laurent were helpful in getting us situated and for answering questions, check in and out were very easy (although it can be tricky to find the place the first time, use your cell if you can). The apartment was a former restaurant so it’s setup is a little quirky (numbers on walls still show the maximum occupancy!) but everything comes together nicely to make it enjoyable: great bedrooms, clean and comfortable bathrooms, a very nice kitchen (it was a restaurant, remember?), a comfortable dining room and living room. The patio would be great in the spring or summer, and the location was also good. Lourmarin is a perfect place to stay as it is a charming, quiet Provence town with a friendly atmosphere, but also within easy driving distance to our favorite other places (eg. weekly markets every day of the week, Apt, Rousillion, Gordes, St. Rémy, and many others) and less than an hour to Avignon or Marseille. We plan to return soon.

Without a doubt one one of the best home rentals we've ever stayed in. If you're looking in Provence, Lourmarin is a beautiful little town, not to touristy, but with plenty of great restaurant, local attractions and easy day trips nearby for all ages. Axelle and her family were very easy to work with, great communicators and a total pleasure. The place is spectacular and the photos don't event do it justice. Everything is new and modern while still comfortable and totally relaxing and the deck and jacuzzi are an extra bonus! Can't say enough good things. Hope to return one day. Also be sure to do the truffle tour with Johann in Cadenet while you are there at Les Pastras.

Superbe loft décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Propriétaire au petit soin avec nous ( bouteille de vin dans le frigo....) . Idéalement placé pour les accès au centre de Lourmarin ( bar restaurants marche ...) on fait tout à pied et après pour les amateurs de jacuzzi séquence zen dans de l eau à 32 deg avec un playlist en fond . Bref une excellente adresse que je recommande fortement.

Encantadora la casa y su propietaria, que nos obsequió con varios detalles a nuestra llegada: botella de vino, dulces, etc. La casa está muy bien situada para visitar la zona, y el pueblo es de los más bonitos. La vivienda es muy cómoda, amplia, bien climatizada, y perfectamente equipada. Tuvimos un problema eléctrico y la reacción fue excelente: antes de media hora estaban allí para solucionarlo. Hay un parking público gratuito justo detrás de la vivienda. Es mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos.
