We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were amazing, the breakfasts selection was very good, and it was wonderfully quiet—something that’s rare in Zlatibor.

1. Location - Great. Near city center, not far from the Gold Gondola and near store.
2. The size of the apartment - Just right. We were staying in B103. It was on the first floor, near the back exit, and also very near to spa, restaurant and kids playroom. It is small hotel, but anyway we liked it.
3. The breakfast was excelent, with plenty different things for every taste
4. Kids playroom - it is great to keep small kids a little bit entertained
5. Game room - With table tennis and playstation, also nice to use when the weather outside doesn’t allow being out.
6. Stuff is amazing. Girls from reception desk are very kind and also the waiters in the restaurant were lovely.
Having the floor heating in bathroom is great. I always like it. But this time it was a little bit too hot indide. I understood that it is not controled in the apartment but is centralised system (I apologise if I did not understand well).

Preukusna hrana, sjajno osoblje, od recepcije, preko restorana, do sobarice.
Blizu centra i novog maxija, parking, odlican SPA, steta je sto nema i bazen, ali nije kljucno.
Kuhinjsko posudje bi trebalo biti malo kompletnije (dodati jos par nekih najosnovnijih stvari).

The Hotel is located quiet place but close to center.
Breakfast is wonderful.
Cleaning.
They don't fill hand soap and shower gel.
The shower gel bottle was moldy inside.
