Mooie moderne kamers en het ontbijt was heel goed! De prijs kwaliteit was oke, maar kon beter.

De spa faciliteiten waren beperkt. Het diner was wisselend, de ene dag beter dan de andere dag. In de bar was geen niet-roken zone aanwezig.

Everything matched exactly what was described in the hotel's description and in the majority of the comments here - the high praise is fully deserved. The food was excellent, the hotel and staff were lovely, and the SPA/pool area was very good as well. The only minor note is that there were quite a lot of children during our stay, including our own three :)))), so we certainly can't complain about that but if you're travelling solo, do expect plenty of company. On the plus side, children aren't allowed in the SPA area after 7 PM, when it becomes an adults-only zone.

There wasn't really anything we disliked. As mentioned in previous comments, the hotel only has one lift, so if you're in a hurry, waiting for it can be a little inconvenient. Another small point is that some parents tend to leave their children unattended in the SPA area, which occasionally creates a bit of noise. The hotel does post a note asking for parental supervision, though unfortunately not everyone follows it.

The breakfast and dinner at the hotel was great. And the staff was always nice and ready to help with anything.

Found a sock in our hotel room and maybe could've been a little more cleaned. But it was not such a big deal.

Bijzondere architectuur aan de buitenkant. Mooi ingericht. Uitgebreid menu en lekker eten. Dranken kostten soms extra maar spotgoedkoop. Kamers luxe met o.a. gordijnen die met een knop open en dicht konden. Bedden lagen goed en de vloerverwarming was superfijn. Veel variatie aan soorten sauna’s. TV in kamer is groot. Behandelingen in de salon zijn een absolute aanrader!

De kamer grenste aan een kinderspeelkamer waar de kinderen tot de late uurtjes nog herrie maakten. Elke ochtend waren er veel geluiden rondom de kamer: schoonmaakster met de stofzuiger, heen en weer getrek van stoelen/tafels, geschreeuw etc. Het zwembad was erg koud de eerste dag dat we aankwamen en dat bleek een defect te zijn. Nadat dit hersteld was, bleef het zwembad koud. Daarnaast was het soms zo druk dat je alleen maar schreeuwende kinderen hoorde. Dat was niet heel ontspannen. Verder miste er een grote passpiegel in de kamer.
