This is a nice place, staff are really friendly. Nice lounge and garden to chill in. Easy to get to from the bus station. Really clean. Free water. Kitchen available too.

Comfortable, spacious rooms with attached or private bathroom. Friendly staff who are glad to help to organize activities and tours. Warm welcome.
Nothing actually. Maybe some more attention to breakfast with lots of fruit, omelette to always add some bread or a bit more choice of tea.

At Amahoro Guest, I liked the confy bed and breakfast. When entered the bed I immediately got a sleep. Thanks very much for hosting me, can't wait to stay in Ruhengeri again. The creative arts on walls and outside garden, books, and good service and warm welcome from staff.
I didn't like the curtains. They are small and can't cover up the window.

The staff are very nice and helpful. They can arrange most of what you need. Most of them speak English well. Breakfast options are nice, and you have the choice of whatever time you want.
The facilities are very worn down, so this is why my grade is lowered. The shower pressure is virtually nonexistent, there are no shower curtains and not even a bathroom door. The mosquito net had holes, the bed is very hard and a bit too small for two people. Bring earplugs as the neighborhood is very noisy.
