The Boc Hostels - Palma

The location was good, with the city center reachable in about a 30-minute walk. We appreciated the elevator, and the key card access system for both the hotel and the room made entering and leaving very convenient. The rooftop terrace was also a nice feature, with bean bags and a pleasant atmosphere where guests could relax and socialise with others. The room provided adequate storage space for luggage and personal belongings, which made our stay more comfortable and organised.

The showers in the shared bathrooms had fixed shower heads, which made showering somewhat inconvenient. Sound insulation was also poor, and we could easily hear people walking and talking in the corridor outside the room. In the women's bathroom, there was no sanitary bin inside the toilet cubicles. Guests needing to dispose of sanitary products had to leave the cubicle and walk to a bin located near the bathroom entrance, which was inconvenient and did not provide sufficient privacy. In addition, the batteries in the TV remote control were dead, which meant we had to get out of bed every time we wanted to change channels, adjust the volume, or turn the TV on and off.

Great location

Beds were very high to reach

Very good location. 5 mins from bus station. Good restaurant and shops very close. Cheap.

Couldn’t get air con to work so very hot. Mattress didn’t fit bed so kept losing pillow.

Main entrance

Too many beds in small room, cramped, beds not against wall so big gap behind pillow to fall down, very very cramped space
