We would stay again and hopefully there will be a new bed. The location on the beach makes for a great stay.

Modern poorly equiped

Lovely location right on the beach. Very modern apartment almost new with many cupboards and blinds throughout.

A squeaky bed with little bedding, a broken light and no basic equipment like hand wash, salt or covered bin in the bathroom. Sparsely equipped.

Great location, but we wouldn't stay here again.

The location couldn't have been better. We were only a few steps from the beach and there was a lovely restaurant only a couple of minutes away. The flat was well equipped with a nice kitchen and living room.

There was no mosquito netting on the windows and we were bitten so many times! It was really difficult to keep them out of the flat without refraining from opening the windows at all (which wasn't an option as it was very warm). There were lots of marks on the walls from where previous guests had killed mosquitos, so I don't think this was an isolated problem. Screens on at least some of the windows, or a mosquito killing lamp, would have made a real difference in terms of the comfort of our stay. Also, there was very noisy construction on the house next door from 7am until 9pm. This wasn't the fault of the apartment per se, but if we had known we wouldn't have booked this flat, or would have expected a discount or other compensation for the disruption to our stay as it wasn't very peaceful.

The apartment is well appointed and clean with a balcony overlooking Okrug Gornji bay (not Trogir)

This property is in the area of Okrug Gornji which is miles away from the lovely historic old town of Trogir. The roads around this area and those accessing the property were very steep and narrow. There is a small beach and bay area in front of this apartment block which the balcony overlooked. It was a downhill walk from the apartment to a number of restaurants around the bay.

It is in a very hilly area. The wifi was non-existent. There were numerous construction works close-by going on daily.

The property has a great location. All the apartements have a beautiful sea view. The property is located on the nice pebble beach. It is quite and peaceful location but very close to a variety of restorans and bars. 7min walk. From there you can take a boat-taxi to Trogir so there is no need to go with your own car.

Everything was ok, just have in mind that streets are really narrow and have a slope.

Excellent beach front location, very nice sea view terrace, powerful AC, nice wooden floor, spacious shower, extra toilet, very clean, great private parking in the shade

Wifi signal was weak in the bedrooms, I would recommend adding a few more access points to the wifi network

I sama sam iznajmljivac na kontinentu i rado pisem ovu recenziju. Docek domaćina,koji nas je smjestio i odmah pokazao gdje je naš parking....prije samog dolaska ugodna komunikacija i brzo odgovaranje na nase upite vezano samog ulaska i mozebitnog produzetka boravka jos koji dan (upiti poslani preko bookinga i na broj koji je vidljiv na bookingu) sve odmah odgovoreno baš profesionalno.Od svega najvise moram pohvaliti komotnu tuš kabinu,i nadasve ugodan novi madrac u spavavoj sobi. Buduci da je rezervacija 2+1 pohvale za udoban kauč u boravku skoro udoban kao i krevet u sobi. Baš smo se odmorili. Suprug voli pratiti sport i veliki tv sa dosta programa njemu je učinio ugodan boravak a meni je bitna rano jutarnja kava na terasi... Dakle preporuka za objekat i savrseni obiteljski odmor!

De locatie was perfect! Mooi schoon stuk strand.

Airco in de slaapkamers waren wel wenselijk. Maar wij zaten ook in de warmste periode. Dus misschien is het anders prima te doen.

Super lokacija na se boljši plazi v bližini restavracij,picerij,lokalov itd. Raj za družine.

Lokacija je vrhunska. Parking za avto pod streho, plaža pod stavbo, apartma v pritličju. Iz pomola pod apartmajev vozi manjša ladja v Trogir.

Ein rundum gelungener Familienurlaub in der Vila Plaza – top Lage, viel Platz, praktische Ausstattung (inkl. Waschmaschi

Wir waren mit 5 Personen, darunter ein Kleinkind, in der Vila Plaza und hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist top – ruhig, aber dennoch ganz nah am Strand. Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, wir hatten ausreichend Platz und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Waschmaschine – mit einem kleinen Kind war das wirklich goldwert. Auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet, sodass wir problemlos selbst kochen konnten. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: In einem der Schlafzimmer war das Bett leider nicht besonders bequem – die Matratze war schon recht durchgelegen. Trotzdem: Insgesamt ein toller Urlaubsort mit super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!
