A&A Apartments by the sea

Było bardzo blisko na plażę, fajny basen i bardzo miła właścicielka, klimatyzacja była bardzo mocna ale tylko w jednym pomieszczeniu w drugim gdzie spały 3 osoby był tylko wiatrak i tam było bardzo gorąco.

Przed apartamentem były jakieś wykopaliska i był to brzydki widok, miejsce do grilla i zrobienia sobie jakiegoś jedzenia na dworze było tragiczne, wejście na basen było od ulicy każdy mógł sobie wejść obcy, brak klimatyzacji w największym pokoju gdzie była sypialnia i spały tam 3 osoby tam był tylko wiatrak, klimatyzacja był w jadalni gdzie był narożnik na którym miały spać 2 osoby, teoretycznie był to apartament 3 osobowy, a sprzedawany jako 5 osobowy, w sypialni były tylko 3 miejsca do spania. Mały parking, dużo chwastów/ zielska wokół posesji które można powyrywać i na pewno ładnie by to wyglądało.

Die Lage war super 👍🏻 und die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Der Pool war groß genug

Die Parkplatzsituation ist in der Hauptsaison etwas schwierig wenn die Nachbarn noch Besuch haben.

This is a great apartment - very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Anna is a wonderful host - she lives on site and was very reactive for anything we needed. There is a nice balcony with a view of the pool and the sea just beyond. The location itself is fantastic, with access to the sea literally less than a 1 minute walk (it's a bit steep though). Once on the seaside, you can walk along to the port, crossing multiple small beaches along the way, or turn left and access a much more natural area with beautiful pine trees and clear, clear water! There is a small supermarket less than 5 minute walk and a bigger one 5 minutes by car, plus many fruit & vegetable stands everywhere you look. The building is quite new and incredibly well sound proofed - there were multiple families staying at the same time as us but we never heard a sound from the other rooms. Everything was spotlessly clean. It's a great place for a family to stay to discover Trogir, Split and beyond.

We were here during the heat wave in July, and so A/C in the apartment was very important. I was surprised that there was only one A/C unit for the whole apartment, located in the main room. Since the apartment is quite big, and the bedroom is on the opposite side, it was impossible to keep the bedroom cool, so the nights were pretty sweaty. There are a few parking spots on the property, but we didn't have a spot a couple of times and had to drive around a bit to find one. There are free parking options in the streets nearby, so it's not a huge problem. There were some issues with the sofa bed (it broke apart during the night), but we let Anna know so I imagine it has been repaired. The WIFI was very bad though - unreliable (sometimes it just cut out completely) and poor reception at the best of times.

Śniadania nie było w cenie. Lokalizacja wspaniała.

Wyposażenie kuchenne można by uzupełnić i przede wszystkim to , co najważniejsze to klimatyzacja. Działała super, ale jej umieszczenie przy oknie balkonowym, które cały czas się otwiera nie było komfortowe. Nie docierała do sypialni, a spanie w pokoju z wiatrakiem włączonym całą noc nie było przyjemne. Poza tym wszystko ok, wspaniały widok z okna, dużo wolnej przestrzeni, ręczniki . Polecam.
