It was a very good vacation with: sun, sea and enough sightseeing to satisfy everyone.

The location was very good as it offered quick access to both directions: east for the supermarkets 10-15’ on foot and west to the city center same time. The garage offered shade for the car. We were close enough to a very well fitted gym also. The apartment is well suited for all needs of a group in vacation. The confort it offers for the price we paid is good value. We would stay here again if we would come back.

There is a problem with the drain on the floor under the bathroom sink (it is too shallow to stop smells coming out) but we solved it covering that with the small carpet so it no longer created ventilation with other spaces. In the kitchen a set of plates and other serving objects for 8 people would be more useful than just 4 so you can load the dishwasher only once per day.

A very good value for money!

The apartment is very cozy and comfortable, quiet and well equipped. The terrace is very nice.

The upper shower has no pressure and the lower shower cannot be used straight on the wall. Everything else was great!!

Well-equipped apartment close to the city center.

The apartment was very well-equiped, clean and cosy. The city center is about 10 minutes walk. Tijana (the owner :)) was absolutely helpful all the time. Check-in and out went smoothly.

Beaches are a little bit far (more than 20 minutes walking) from the apartment. By car you can reach pleanty of beaches within 5-10 minutes.

Just lower your expectations and it will be fine

All what we needed, was available. Spacious bathroom. Only 10 min walk to the lovely city and free parking on the street, if you managed to find a free spot.

It did not meet at all our expectations!!! Pictures must be very old. Kitchen did not look like on the pictures (there is no breakfast counter and it does not look new for sure) . On the terrace, there is no longer any grass/green, only concrete. Well, and first we were even given the wrong terrace. And there is no wall or some real separator between both terraces any longer, so no privacy. And actually the terrace is not close to the kitchen, so not so practical. Kitchen hood did not work, and the light in it neither. There is only airco in the small living room, not in the bedroom. And it makes even much more noise in the bedroom than in the living room!! The underground parking is really a joke, we drove a Clio and even had to park in at least 12 moves, it is waaaayyy too small! So only used it once.

Appartement propre et bien placé, bien équipé. La petite terrasse est agréable. C’est appréciable d’avoir une place de parking gratuite.

Spíše zklamání

Celkem čisté a na první pohled pěkné ubytování. V posteli dobré matrace, vyhovující skříň na oblečení. Klimatizace.

Po příjezdu po nás chtěli zaplatit jinou - vyšší cenu, než byla uvedena na bookingu. Koupelna- sprchový kout nelze úplně zavřít, není držák na ruční sprchu, žádná polička na šampony, voda ze sprchy teče ven, umyvadlo má přehozenou teplou a studenou vodu a hrozí opaření Děsný výhled z okna ložnice - bordel - v popisu je uveden výhled do zahrady. Kuchyň není příliš vybavena na používání - pouze malé nebo hluboké talíře, nejsou hrnečky na čaj, chybí varná konvice(avizovaná ve výbavě), nefunkční myčka. To jsme reklamovali u pronajímatele. Nejprve nám bylo sděleno, že funguje, aniž by se na to někdo přišel podívat. Poté přišel pán, aby se přesvědčil, že opravdu nefunguje. A další den jsme po příjezdu z pláže narazili v apartmánu na 3 lidi, jak se ji pokouší opravit. Do apartmánu přišli bez našeho vědomí a předchozí domluvy. Toto považuji za narušení soukromí, které se nám rozhodně nelíbilo. Po této neúspěšné opravě jsme navíc museli uklidit nepořádek z podlahy....

Ottimo appartamento

Ottimo appartamento situato in una villetta con altri tre appartamenti. Dotato di numerosi servizi quali piano cottura ad induzione, stoviglie, climatizzatore programmabile, sedie comode, TV satellitare e altri. L'appartamento si presenta pulito, spazioso (adatto per una coppia), il letto è comodo. Punto forte sono il piccolo salotto alla sinistra del letto e il bagno perfettamente organizzato, pulito e con una doccia spaziosa. Dispone anche di un posto auto coperto se disponibile oppure di un posto auto. In circa 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro, in circa 25 minuti a piedi si raggiungono spiagge favolose di Punta Corrente (servizio bus non disponibile). La proprietaria è molto gentile, disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza ed offre preziose informazioni riguardo il luogo; anche le indicazione per il self check-in sono state chiarissime.

Freezer non perfettamente pulito, cuscino troppo soffice. Distanza dalle spiagge se ci si sposta a piedi. Per questo il mio giudizio non è un 10 ma rimane lo stesso molto elevato!
