Sunset Sveti Juraj

There are no perfect holiday apartments, but this one was one of the best we've stayed in. It's very well located, on the outskirts of town, in a very quiet area, yet close to everything: restaurants, shops, and the local beach. The town itself is very quiet, with relatively few tourists. It may not have many attractions, but if you value peace and quiet and avoid crowds, it's the perfect place. From the apartment, just a few steps down the stairs, you could swim in the sea; you didn't even have to walk to the beach. And the view from the balcony was incredible, overlooking the entire bay, the surrounding islands (including Krk), and the magnificent sunset. Everything was clean and tidy, and there was a beautifully landscaped garden next to the house. Parking was available. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

The balcony had an external air conditioning unit, which was noisy and made it very hot – if you wanted to sit there, you had to turn off the air conditioning in the apartment. The stairs to the mezzanine were a bit unstable. This could be improved.
