We loved staying here. The apartment is perfect for two, very well equipped with all amenities nearby. The supermarket is literally just across the road and free parking is on hand - we didn't need to use the garage. Posada is a small town with plenty of independent shops and cafes and is very convenient for the wonderful beaches along the coast ( our favourite was Belezu) and Llanes itself is only ten minutes away. The information provided by Rosa, our host, was really helpful and she was great to communicate with. Highly recommended.

We have just completed a very long tour around Europe, staying in a variety of accommodation types. I think this is the best equipped property we have ever experienced. Together with the hosts attention to detail and generous “extras”, we simply could not have asked for more.
The property is well positioned for access (via car) to beaches and mountains, with plenty of available restaurants nearby.
If we had to be critical, the property is quite close to a very busy road, which made noise a bit of an issue during the day (not at night at all). This problem was most evident because during our stay, there was continuous heavy goods vehicle movement passing the property in connection with building/engineering works on a site a few hundred metres away. This is not Rosa’s problem - she was exceptionally helpful throughout.

A really nice comfortable apartment for two, with a patio and garden, close to all amenities. Rosa the owner was extremely helpful.
