About this cottage rental
The village house EL MOLIN, is located within the typical Asturian farmhouse with an age of 275 years, according to the deeds and the municipal library archive. We always dedicate ourselves to the care of animals. There used to be a mill where corn and other cereals were milled. Nowadays we have native cows from the races Asturiana de los valles, also called Carreñana, and Asturiana from the mountain, called Casina. We have a goat farm, we use their milk to make our cheeses, we also make a mix of cow, goat, cow alone and a fresh goat cheese and goat cottage cheese. This can also be visited by all our customers and we give them a tasting.
Apart from what we offer, here is a lot of things to do for the proximity of our beaches to the mountain We have in about half an hour Covadonga with the natural park of the Picos de Europa, the city of Cangas de Onis with its reconquest and the council of Cabrales and Onis known for its famous Cheese Cabrales and Gamoneu.
From the Village House EL MOLIN De Frieras can be walked either to the San Antolín beach or the beach that is a natural monument of Gulpyguri, the coastal path, the Camin Encantau in the Ardisana Valley. There are infinity and routes to do.

La verdad es que solo puedo decir cosas buenas de la casa. El molino es un lugar acogedor que hemos disfrutado en familia. Su jardín nos ha dado mucha vida, y los peques no han parado de jugar allí.

Hemos estado alojados la segunda quincena de Julio. Somos un matrimonio y 2 gemelos de 5 años. El entorno maravilloso, al final de un camino por el que por ahí solo pasan los que van a la quesería o gente andando o en bicicleta puesto que se hay un sendero para ir a la playa de San Antolin y a la de Gulpiyuri (20 minutos a la primera y 40 a la segunda)
Cada persona busca algo distinto cuando va a una casa rural, para mi lo primordial es que los niños estén seguros. Aquí se cumple totalmente, poco transito de coches y ademas la casa tiene un jardín en el que los niños pueden estar sin ningún peligro.
La casa perfectamente equipada, Con Wifi (que hoy en día es primordial), sala, cocina, baño y porche en la planta de abajo y 3 habitaciones (una de matrimonio, una con dos camas y otra individual) y un baño en la parte de arriba. EL porche ideal para hacer las comidas.
El trato con Ana la propietaria ha sido maravilloso, una persona encantadora y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Nos ha tratado de maravilla, especialmente a los crios.
El entorno maravilloso, un montón de playas a elegir, Ribadesella, Picos de Europa...Gijon y Oviedo cerca, el museo del Jurásico...
En resumen, en conjunto la mejor casa rural en la que hemos estado.

Una casa espectacular en un lugar excepcional y privilegiado. Fuimos desde Vigo un matrimonio con tres chavales de 14, 20 y 21 años durante cuatro días y todos hemos quedado encantados. No nos ha faltado de nada en ningún momento, la calefacción funciona de maravilla y las camas son comodísimas.
Ana, la propietaria, nos ha cuidado como si fuéramos su familia, es muy agradable y servicial. Repetiremos sin dudarlo.
