The apartments were very clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. It was a short walk to the beach. The beaches were beautiful.

The house is rebuilt, clean and tidy with all declared equipment, with nice pictures and elegant decorations. Instructions about the house and appliances are on site, in Italian, English and German. So are some tips for trips to nearby destinations. Spacious patio and some room around the house to store paddleboard or other stuff. The hosts Rita and Michel were very hospitable and helpful. We needed Michel to explain how to operate ait conditioning in the upper room (bedroom). Kids enjoyed the house and the hosts, as well as the location. Swimming pool (approx. 25m) in the neighboring camp. Also in the camp is minimarket with reasonable prices. Beach with pebbles within walking distance. Restaurant is just next to the house, other eating facilities on the beach. We had very nice stay and would like to return to Villa Frantoio some day!

It was clean and the contact with the person who run it was very good.

Pictures of the property are misleading. No information that the house is located close to the road and roundabout with quit dangerous exit. On site there are other properties nearby, behind the fance there is restaurant. No way to have windows opened during the night. There is no couch, if you want to see something on tv u seat on uncomfortable chairs of the dining table. Coffee maker not present either. Air conditioning only in master bedroom. A lot to improve. Price too high for what you get.
