Staff service—across reception, the restaurant, cleaning, and security—is exceptional. I received excellent service from the restaurant staff, especially the breakfast chef (whose name escapes me) who introduced me to the "dosa masala" for breakfast, as well as the servers and the morning restaurant manager.
The location is great for shopping and dining, and I felt completely safe throughout my stay.
The airport pickup service is also excellent and reasonably priced. Despite our flight being delayed for hours and arriving at 2:00 AM, the driver waited for us and was incredibly courteous, making us feel very welcome in Dhaka.
The constant power outages were unfortunate, though I know they were not the fault of Lakeshore Suites and that management did their best to handle the situation. However, on August 26, the electricity and Wi-Fi went on and off for about three hours. This was quite disruptive as I was in the middle of working on an important report.
Additionally, there was an instance when the tap water came out murky, though I appreciate that management quickly sent out a letter of apology regarding the matter.
It also took two days for my request for a reading lamp to be fulfilled.

Perfect for a short stay near the shops and restaurants of road 11. Friendly staff and large rooms.
Breakfast options are a bit poor, also the bathrooms felt a bit dated. The sink in my room was not working …the toilet failed to flush until staff fixed it.
