    Worst experience from start to end. The room was unprepared with missing amenities. Water bottles requested at check-in were delivered very late despite multiple calls. There were cockroaches in the room, and when we requested a bedsheet change for hygiene reasons, the staff was rude and in denial, even after we mentioned having video proof. Instead of resolving issues, we were repeatedly asked to call another number that no one answered. Apart from the location, nothing met basic standards, especially considering the price. Would not recommend this property.

    Great service from the staff. The restaurant downstairs had the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had. The front desk was courteous and helpful, staying open later than usual (2am) to accommodate our flight into town.
