    Nice quite hotel. The restaurant is open the whole night and the quality of the food is very good. The whole hotels need a renovation. The location is nice. The complementary breakfast is very basic.

    no bathroom sandal provided, had to call for toothbrushes in the morning, no welcome drinks room walls are very damp

    I am very disappointed with the hospitality at this premises. The receptionist, Ameera Houque, was very rude and displayed poor manners. The customer service was unprofessional, and the overall experience was unpleasant. I hope this matter will be addressed to improve service for future visitors.
