The Ciabutin di Casa Aiva is the ideal place for nature lovers, for a relaxing holiday in an intimate and romantic cottage, overlooking the vineyard and with a wonderful view of the hills and the plain. The accommodation is simple and functional. Strategic point for visiting the region.
For adults only, not suitable for children and people with reduced mobility.
If you prefer more comfortable accommodation, or if you have children, you can choose Casa Aiva, on the same property.

Ciabutin means small country cottage, which was once used as storage for vineyard tools and shelter for animals.
The cottage is located on a hillside and overlooks the vineyard, which produces a good red wine.
The garden is unfenced. Southern exposure.

The house was completely renovated in 2013, respecting the original architecture and details. It is tastefully furnished with a romantic touch, ideal for a couple.
On the ground floor there is a lovely and original space with a kitchenette, and a cast-iron wood stove, which can also be used as a food warmer. Bathroom with large shower and window.
On the first mezzanine floor is the bedroom with two windows overlooking the vineyard.
Please note: the room is reached by a staircase not suitable for children or people with mobility difficulties.
The flat does not have air conditioning, as the summer days, even the hottest ones, are always pleasantly breezy and the climate quite dry, a condition that keeps mosquitoes quite far away (the windows are fitted with mosquito nets anyway).

Outside there is a large stone table, a barbecue, some deckchairs and a pergola under the vine, to enjoy the view with some shelter from the sun.

We suggest you take advantage of all seasons for a walk in the surroundings and to enjoy the silence and relaxation of the area.
Between mid-September and the beginning of October, you can watch the grape harvest in our vineyard.
From June to August, you can use the house's swimming pool, which is shared with the guests of Casa Aiva (only adults, because during this period, the entire property is reserved for adult guests only, to ensure a relaxing atmosphere).
The pool is partially heated by a solar coil system.

Here you can taste Ciabutin red wine from the vineyard in front of the house and many local products.
We have an agreement with the "Il Punto a Capo" restaurant in San Secondo di Pinerolo and with the Made in Pinerolo association, which will allow you to organise your holiday according to your wishes.

We live in the house next door and are available for any information, but we respect the privacy of our guests.

We have an elderly dog, his name is Leo, and we always take care that he does not disturb our guests (during the day he normally stays in his garden).

Aiva means Water, like the precious spring on the property, but it also stands for Air - clean (we are 500 m. above sea level); Enchantment - of a panorama stretching from Turin to the Cuneo area; Holiday - relaxing, in contact with nature and in a sustainable environment; Agriculture - with wine, jams and honey.

The flat which is the subject of this advertisement is an accommodation rented exclusively for tourist purposes pursuant to Article 53 of Legislative Decree 79/2011 and not a "casa vacanze - holiday home".
During the tenant's presence, no additional services are provided such as, for example, change of towels and bed linen, cleaning, serving of food and beverages.
