Comfortable flat in the hills among the vineyards, with lovely views.
Tranquillity and nature, comfort and modernity. Cultural and gastronomic visits, outdoor activities, sports, mountain walks, all seasons. 40 km from Turin.
June to August, adults only. Swimming pool shared with a possible guest couple in the cottage Ciabutin on the same property. Families with children only if both accommodations are rented: Casa Aiva and the Ciabutin.

Casa Aiva is part of the big house we have been living in since 2010, when this place fascinated us with its hilltop location, enchanting view and the profound sense of well-being it conveys.
Aiva means Water, like the precious spring on the property, but it also stands for Air - clean (we are 500 metres above sea level); Enchantment - of a panorama stretching from Turin to the Cuneo area; Holiday - relaxing, in contact with nature and in a sustainable environment; Agriculture - with wine, jams and honey.

The furnishings are well cared for and biocompatible with ecological materials that respect the environment and health. It enjoys absolute privacy and an independent entrance.
It consists of a bedroom, large bathroom, equipped kitchen, living room and veranda dining room. It can accommodate up to 5 persons (+ 1 infant - up to 1 year old).
The bedroom consists of a large double bed with wooden slats and latex mattress and two armchair beds, which can also be placed in the living room, as required.
The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed and satellite TV.
The bathroom is furnished in chestnut wood and equipped with a shower with a glass shower stall, washbasin, bidet and toilet.
If you like to cook... here you will find good equipment: 5-burner cooker, electric oven, microwave, kettle.
The dining room has a large table, but it is also possible to eat on the patio outside, under the pergola.
Barbecue is available.
The flat does not have air conditioning, as the summer days, even the hottest ones, are always pleasantly breezy and the climate quite dry, a condition that keeps mosquitoes quite far away (the bedroom has a mosquito net anyway).

Ideal location for spending your summer evenings in the garden, enjoying the wonderful view over the plain and the surrounding nature.
Very large, fenced garden for your exclusive use, with no danger to children.

For the winter period, in addition to the independent heating system, the flat is equipped in the living room with a pellet stove, which is also connected to the bedroom.

We suggest you take advantage of all seasons for a walk in the surroundings and to enjoy the silence and relaxation of the area. Between September and October, you could participate in the grape harvest in our vineyard.

From June to August the house is reserved for adults only, to ensure a relaxing atmosphere, and you can use the swimming pool, shared with possible guests of the 'Ciabutin', a cottage in the vineyard that accommodates a maximum of 2 people.

The pool is partially heated by a solar coil system.

Here you can taste red wine from the estate's vineyard and many local products.

We have an agreement with the restaurant "Il Punto a Capo" in San Secondo di Pinerolo and with the association "Made in Pinerolo".

The house is not available for parties or New Year's Eve.

We live in the house next door and are available for any information, but we respect the privacy of our guests.

We have an elderly dog, his name is Leo, and we always take care that he does not disturb our guests (during the day he normally stays in his garden).

There are certain values that have always been fundamental for us and that concern eco-sustainability, care for the land and quality products, preferably organic.

Here at Casa Aiva we have been able to turn some of our attention to the environment and health into reality:
photovoltaic system for the production of electricity
solar thermal plant for the production of hot water;
electric charging facilities for guests' bicycles and cars;
rainwater and spring water collection tank;
coat cladding;
furnishings in natural materials;
organic cultivation of the vineyard and orchard.

We also have many relationships with producers in the area and offer our guests the opportunity to buy good, genuine, quality products directly from them.

Here you can enjoy the richness of nature and reawaken your five senses, often drowsy from the hustle and bustle of everyday life: sight, hearing, smell, touch and taste will benefit in every season from the pleasant sensations transmitted by Casa Aiva.

The flat which is the subject of this advertisement is an accommodation rented exclusively for tourist purposes pursuant to Article 53 of Legislative Decree 79/2011 and not a "holiday home - Casa Vacanze" .
During the tenant's presence, no additional services are provided such as, for example, change of bathroom and bed linen, cleaning, serving of food and drinks.
Any use of the name "holiday home - Casa Vacanze" on this website is not authorised or desired by the owner.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for your identity documents for the registration of guests with the State Police accommodation service.
