I really enjoyed my stay and overall had a great experience. Very good location - walkable distance from the main street, which makes it quiet. Even though my room didn’t have windows, it still felt comfortable thanks to plenty of well-designed artificial lighting, so it never felt dark or closed in. What I also really appreciated is how helpful the staff were. Whenever any issue came up, they were quick to respond and always came to help with a very friendly attitude. Everything was smooth, easy, and stress-free, which made the stay very pleasant. I would definitely recommend and would happily stay again.

Nice, friendly & helpful staff. Good value for money. Car parking. Good lighting in the room. Room on the ground floor, so no need to drag bags up any stairs. Firm & comfortable bed.

The room and cleaning staff and restaurant staff were good. Good location.

It was the songkhran during my stay which makes 2 nights impossible to sleep because of the noise and the concert next to my apartment. No double glass window so you could hear the window vibrate due to heavy music. I asked booking to help me recover at least a night but the hotel did not want to do anything! In that regards they did. It care about the customer and not much help from booking.com
