definitely worth staying

Friendly, caring and helpful host.. Great location , stunning balcony view . In the kitchen we had everything for comfortable staying and cooking . Tasty pizza place around the corner .

Strange little clicking and ticking noises at night . If you like long hot showers, hot water can run out quicker than expected (you need to wait till it heats up)

very clean, stunning views, is equipped with all that you need

in order to get the stunning view- you have to be up high, therefore it’s a definite 15 minute uphill walk from the town. Also the apartment is on the top floor and there is no elevator, this was not a problem for us, but I feel it’s good to know

Good

Amazing terrace with wonderful view, very comfortable bed, clean. Owner was waiting for us with the key (11pm), as she lives just next door.

Carla - the owner (lives next door) used to come to the apartment every day in our absence, without our permission. It is not known what for. She didn't clean (taking rubbish), but she kept the curtains down. She left notes of what we should do with the curtains etc. We are adults and it was difficult for us to accept it. We like warmth and bright and it was dark every time we came back. We recommend this apartment if someone does not mind the nosy owner, not for me though. Apartment quite far from the nearest grocery store (almost 2km) it was difficult to carry water etc. The apart is on the hill (and on the 4th floor) can be a problem for people with walking restrictions.

Beautiful and as described

Lovely apartment, exactly as in the pictures. Amazing view. Great location. Carla was delightful.

We struggled a bit with no air conditioning, which we did know about in advance. A ceiling fan or a small AC unit in the bedroom would make it perfect. It may not be an issue for people not used to having air conditioning at home. Some basic food/ beverages for those arriving at night or not able to get to a supermarket, which is a distance away, would be good.

Preis Leistung geht in Ordnung.

Eigener Parkplatz, sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Gute Lage, ruhig in der Nacht. Gutes Bett. Pizzeria unten im neben Haus ( lecker)

Im August für uns ohne Klimaanlage zu heiß. Ein Wäscheständer für nasse Strandsachen wäre bei dieser Terrasse wünschenswert. Etwas bessere Küchenausstattung würden nicht schaden. Noch zu Terrasse, Vielleicht noch ein Sonnenschutz ?, Oder aber nur einen Ständer wo man eigenen Sonnenschirm aufstellen kann.

Un weekend lungo a Desenzano

Appartamento fresco e luminoso con un terrazzo e una vista lago molto belle. Camera molto ampia, così come il bagno e la doccia; cucina pratica e comoda. Il centro raggiungibile a piedi seppur con una camminata di 10 min (comunque tutto era descritto pertanto non è stata una sorpresa). Molto cortese la signora. Comodo il posto auto sotto casa.

L' appartamento è forse un po' spoglio e si potrebbe rimodernare, specie il terrazzo arricchire con un divanetto o altro. Ma la proprietaria ha le sue giuste motivazioni per non farlo. Inoltre vero è che salirebbe il prezzo e devo dire che invece è parecchio vantaggioso. Rapporto qualità / prezzo notevole per la zona.

Bardzo fajnie spedzony czas nad jeziorem Garda.

Kapitalna lokalizacja, bardzo dobra pizzeria pod domem i bardzo duży taras z ładnymi widokami. Darmowy parking pod samym domem.

Brak klimatyzacji jest kłopotliwy kiedy jest bardzo gorąco. Zepsute okno w łazience, które nie posiadało klamki. Pod naszą nieobecność właścicielka codziennie wchodziła do mieszkania i spuszczała wszystkie rolety co dla nas było trochę niekomfortowe. Mieszkanie z ogromnym potencjalem ale mocno niedoinwestowane.

Tolle Dachterrasse

Die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Gardasee ist ein Traum. Carla war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder in ihrer Garage unterstellen obwohl wir das nicht "angemeldet" hatten. Das war sehr nett! In 400 m Entfernung ist ein Aldi.

Traum- Urlaub in Italien

Carla war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr sympathisch!! Auf der Dachterrasse, hatte man einen sensationellen Ausblick auf den See und Desenzano!! Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen! Ein gelungener Urlaub! Sind einmal um den ganzen Gardasee mit dem Cabrio gefahren und waren dann noch in Verona und Venedig...Perfekt von Desenzano mit dem Zug zu erreichen!!

Wir haben nix auszusetzen gehabt! Alles war so schön und romantisch!
