The access to the shore through the woods was such a treasure.

Perhaps the woodland and garden area needs some maintenance and restoration as they add a lot to the property

The area was lovely, very near the sea.
The road down to the cottage wasn't very well kept, the grounds needed some TLC There was no lighting from the carpark to the property., making it very difficult to unload luggage from the car.
