About this house rental
This is a high quality 4 bedroom/3 bath townhouse sleeping 8 people situated near a conservation area which includes a lake. The fully air conditioned accommodation consists of entrance hall with downstairs bathroom facilities, the first bedroom on the ground floor with a queen size bed, living room and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen for your self-catering needs. Upstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and walk in wardrobes and a large master en-suite bedroom with king size bed, and shower/bath. There is also a further family bathroom on the first floor for the twin rooms to have access too. All towels facecloths pool towels bedding , furnishings, and utensils are supplied. There is a basic startup of toilet rolls and hand soap provided in each bathroom for the first couple of days, there after it is the renters responsibility to ensure they bring enough toiletries to satisfy themselves past the first couple of days There is a parking area to the front of the property with space for 2 vehicles.

We had a fantastic 2 week stay here. The property was great value for money and spacious for 7 people. The property was easy to find and has a good resort (pool, slides, gym). It was easy getting in and out, and is a short walk to Old Town (5 mins), and 10-15 mins to 7-Eleven, Denny’s and outlet stores such as Nike & New Balance. We used Uber Eats to get Aldi delivered with a small delivery fee (1-2). The on-site bar & grill also offered “kids eat free” and had affordable food and drinks options. Communication with hosts was clear and responsive. We appreciated the free stroller in the property and used it a few times at Disney parks. There was also an iron, washer/dryer, and hairdryers.Some areas of the property could benefit from a touch up, such as the downstairs sink. But all the pros massively outweighed this.All Disney parks were within 15 minutes of travel, with Ubers ranging from 15-20 one way. Making it cost effective versus hiring a car and the daily parking fee at parks. We would happily stay here again if/when we return.

Everything was great 10 out of 10 if people want somewhere safe and nice to stay this is your place and also the baby deer and deer where a surprise so keep a eye out for all the wildlife around you

Everything was adequate except for the downstairs bathroom. Bathtub drain was broken, and the sink was completely rusted. everything else was fine. We had our entire team staying in the complex and were shocked to find out that others staying in completely renovated and beautiful properties were paying the same as what we did. After knowing that, I do believe this property is overpriced for what they are offering.
