6 Min to Disney, Walk to Fun Spot, Heated pool/ Slides, Comfy Beds, and Big T.Vs

I would recommend this place it is placed just the perfect distance from Disney and still have plenty of activities around to keep it interesting. I brought Al ages and they all had fun

When we waked in the unit smelled amazing! The host was great and very responsive! The pool was a short walk and never super busy! Great location to get to ESPN and all other places!! Definitely recommend this place!

We stayed here for my daughter’s All Star Worlds competition and turned it into a small family vacation, and this condo was absolutely perfect for us. It had plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and everything was exactly as described—very clean and well stocked for our 4-night stay.One of our favorite conveniences was being able to schedule a Walmart grocery delivery the day we arrived so we didn’t have to go back out. Having separate bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone made getting ready each day so much easier, especially with our busy competition schedule.We absolutely loved the pool, waterslides, and clubhouse—honestly, even the adults had fun on the waterslides! We spent most of our time relaxing by the pool when we weren’t at the competition.This has quickly become a new favorite place for our family, and we would love to stay here again on future trips. The owner was also wonderful—very responsive and accommodating with anything we needed, which made our stay even better.

Condo was in a great location with lots of places to eat and shop nearby. It was very close to the Disney parks but about a 25 minute drive to Seaworld and the Universal parks. The resort itself was nice, great pool area and the grounds were well kept. The condo was clean when we arrived and there was lots of parking right outside of the unit. We had a bit of an issue getting the check in information as we did not get the email the host sent at first. The host was responsive, thank goodness, because when we did finally get the email all the codes for the gate and the unit were different in the email than the ones the host sent us via text. The ones via text were correct but not sure what the other codes were for, so maybe the email information needs to be updated. The condo has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths so lots of space, but it is very dated, but not terrible. It is a well-worn unit with basic furniture, thin bedding, older towels etc. There are lots of areas where paint is coming off the walls, dirty baseboards, old sinks and tubs, things of this nature. I would say the pictures are definitely a lot nicer looking then the condo actually is. However, it was fairly affordable to stay there for a larger group. One thing to note is that the walls and windows are very thin. You can hear people talking outside as well as every car that goes by. There is also a grate in the road that makes a loud bang every time a car goes over it. It was okay overall but we would not book again.
