House. Quiet woodland. Garden. Pool. Terrace. Disabled Access. Parking.

We were slightly anxious about visiting the South of France at peak time and peak temperatures but this villa proved to be a really good choice. It’s elevated above the coast and has amazing trees providing shade. The pool is great for cooling down.If you want sun there is always some you can access in the garden. Kitchen is well equipped and the rooms a good size. I have no hesitation in recommending it.

We loved the house and the beautiful garden. Sitting on the terrace was a pleasure and the surrounding villages and beaches are great. Tout était parfait pour passer des vacances inoubliables et reposants.

We are always pleased with our stay and enjoy the house and the surroundings a lot.

We spent 5 days at the chalet at the end of Septemeber and were spoilt with very good weather. It suited us perfectly - set back from the rest of the park it had more space and a better setting than the other chalets with a large veranda around the outside, lovely bright, new interior and came well equipped. Was perfect for sunbathing in peace and quiet, eating outside and as a base to reach the nearby beaches and villages. The end of season regatta Les Voiles was on during the week which we would highly recommend although as expected the route in to St Tropez wasn't much fun with several miles of traffic jam so we would recommend getting there early especially for the Saturday market which is fantastic! The property managers were very sweet and were on hand to help although there seemed to be nothing which we lacked. All in all a great holiday.

We spent 2 weeks at this chalet from June 27th to July 12th. Everything was superb: the setting (the chalet is all the way at the end of the park and enjoys great privacy), the chalet itself was very well equipped, sunny & bright; the area is very beautiful, and the chalet is also conveniently located close to a major shopping center or just op the road a small convenience store which is open 7/7. We were with 4 teenage children and they as well had a fab time. The pool is great, even though for non french people you might be surprised to find out that you are not allowed in the pool unless you are wearing the tight swimming pants (for men), the tennis courts are fun even though the reception screwed up the reservations on a number of occassions. Vicinity to great beaches also a plus: Port grimaud beach is fab, as well as the beaches from Cavailaire and Pamplonne; the kids did some scuba diving at port grimaud beach which was also real nice. We also did paint ball which is very conveniently located as well at 5 minutes from the property, this was really fun. there is also mini golf, karting etc etc in the area. The weather was fab, the sea was warm the first week (25 degrees) and much colder the second week (15 degrees) due to the change in currents. We had brought bicycles which we used occassionally, it is a bit dangerous to bike ride and there is a lot of traffic on the roads, so not that much fun - except for the ride we did to St Maxime with the necessary stop for a dip in the sea. All in all I can definitely recommend the stay with young kids or teenage kids. Only set back is for teenage kids when they need to come back in the early morning hours from St Tropez: there is no public transportation, and taxis are euro 50 (for a 10 minute ride). My daughter and her friend got lucky and were brought home by the "gendarmerie" which is the local police. All very nice.

St Tropez in April was a good choice as there is significantly less traffic and crowds to deal with. The house was comfortable and in a good location close to the beaches of Cavalaire and Port Grimaud. There is a large supermarket close by and the house is set amidst trees and is quite private. The deck is a nice place to sit out on for dinner or breakfast. The owner was very helpful with suggestions and the property managers were a lovely couple also.

Our family likes this charming place and the owners take very good care of it. It is in a quiet location (though occasionally there is some noise, laughter and music from the Azur Park - people having fun, all acceptable).
