In a former wine estate covering 2 hectares, very pretty house of around 120 m² on 3 levels, with its private heated swimming pool (7mx3.50m), in a country house completely renovated in 2015, comfortable, suitable for 8 pers, it includes:
ground floor, living room, very well equipped kitchen, pantry, washing machine and WC, charming covered terrace
On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with adjoining shower room and WC each
2nd floor, 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room and 1 WC
Magnificent wooden terrace with garden furniture and landscaped and planted garden.
Exceptional location in the immediate vicinity of beaches, ports (port grimaud and cogolin marines) and all shops.
Linen (sheets, towels and tea towels) and cleaning are included in the rental price
car park
During school holidays, rental only from Saturday to Saturday
Weekend possible outside May June July August September and school holidays (500 € off season, April and October 700 €)
