Villa with large garden 50 meters from the sea with total privacy, green lawn ideal for children, outdoor hot shower, barbecue, large furnished veranda, large air-conditioned lounge, well-equipped kitchen, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, moka coffee pot, German coffee maker, fridge freezer, pots and pans of various sizes, full service of crockery and tablecloths, flat screen TV, three bedrooms (6 beds), a bathroom and an accessory service, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, water reserve with autoclave, ample parking for two cars, large drying room, iron. Housing and 'with all its openings metal grates, making it safe from intruders to leave the windows open at all hours of the day. It is the ideal location for a holiday by the sea of the coast rey, in an absolutely confidential and in the countryside, a few meters from the center of costa rey allowing to skip the car and enjoy the relaxing holiday

We have been to the Costa Rei many times camping but this time we decided to rent a villa and are so pleased we chose this one! The villa is situated just a few minutes walk to the most beautiful beach with white sand and crystal clear sea and you can easily walk to restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. There is also a lovely, well kept grassy garden with barbecue and outside shower and a small utility room with washing machine which was a bonus. The large shaded terrace was great for al fresco dining. The owners were very helpful and easy to contact by WhatsApp, they were there to meet us and assisted us with some queries during our stay. They also left us a bottle of wine and some local cakes as a welcome gift which was a nice gesture. We had a lovely holiday in this villa and would definitely love to return in the future! The villa is even better than the photos and everything we needed was there. A kettle would have been good but we did not mention this at the time, otherwise I am sure the owners would have provided one. All in all a great property in a super location!

The owners are wonderful, very easy to communicate with. The house is absolutely gorgeous, beautiful outdoor space, short walk on the little path to the most stunning beach. The house was very clean and even had a dishwasher. Cannot recommend it more highly.
