Villa Costa Rei Satapixedda, 80 m from the beach—10% off

The villa has been completely renovated and features a large veranda and a spacious garden with an outdoor hot shower and barbecue. It is located in the heart of Costa Rei and offers every comfort. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas stove, gas and microwave ovens, a moka coffee maker, a drip coffee maker, and pots and pans of various sizes. The bedrooms—two double bedrooms and one triple bedroom—are simply furnished with closets and nightstands. The living room is comfortable and features a fireplace, which is especially nice during the warmer months. The dining area is well-equipped with satellite TV, and the large veranda—which includes the dining area and sun deck—is the most interesting part of the villa. It overlooks the large garden, a delight for children. The barbecue is right next to the veranda, so you can cook and eat right there. The large outdoor shower offers unparalleled comfort! The close proximity to the beach is another major advantage of my property. The private parking space for two cars allows you to keep your cars out of the sun and avoid the fines constantly issued by the local police.
