Todo o processo da hospedagem foi fácil. Funcionários super educados e prestativos. Minhas filhas adoraram as atividades assim como eu e minha esposa. Foi muito divertido e valeu demais a experiência. Com toda a certeza indico e, até, já indiquei!

Breakfast was good, indoor pool was good. Game room had several options. Outdoor sports were limited to a scheduled day and time and thus limiting access.
Several limitations due to COVID. Food was ok but a la carte. Sauna was not working. All drinks are not part of the all inclusive (including water); we could not take part in the tour due to a lack of transportation. Staff did not speak English and it was not possible to participate in several activities. TV channels were limited, not with English option.
