Amo que sempre sou muito muito bem atendida nesse hotel. A equipe toda é muito solícita! E a comida é maravilhosa!
As atividades disponíveis poderiam funcionar sem períodos e dias fixos, sendo possível fora das temporadas solicitar o uso mediante disponibilidade de monitores.

o café da manha foi otimo localização perfeita
gostei de tudo.. porém como já somos idosos... precisaria ter mais atividades voltada para esse publico..
vcs tem uma reserva de vegetação muito boa... fica um sugestão caso possivel... de abrir para fazer trilha para caminhada... para nós eu e o marido... seria uma boa opção...

Breakfast was good, indoor pool was good. Game room had several options. Outdoor sports were limited to a scheduled day and time and thus limiting access.
Several limitations due to COVID. Food was ok but a la carte. Sauna was not working. All drinks are not part of the all inclusive (including water); we could not take part in the tour due to a lack of transportation. Staff did not speak English and it was not possible to participate in several activities. TV channels were limited, not with English option.
